Fisher Realty and Marsha Bricker are excited to announce that they have joined forces to open the Fisher Realty - Sapphire/Lake Toxaway Office located at 17527 Rosman Highway (US64 West) in Sapphire. Located just .8 of a mile west past the main entrance of Lake Toxaway Estates and 1.5 miles east of the Burlingame community entrance, the office will serve the needs of the Sapphire/Lake Toxaway area with long time real estate professional Marsha Bricker serving as the firm's Broker-In-Charge.

Marsha was born and raised in the Greater New York metropolitan area and is a graduate of New York University School of Business and Public Administration's BS/MBA Program. She and her husband Larry moved to the area 18 years ago and owned and operated Showtime Properties and Showtime Mini Storage. After 16 years of acting as Broker-In-Charge of Showtime Properties, Marsha joined the Burlingame/Sapphire Lakes Sales Office.

Marsha brings with her a long time, intimate knowledge of the Sapphire/Toxaway area and a successful track record of helping clients.
